GOD'S CHOKHMAH TECHNOLOGY provides ICT equipment sales, device repair, professional training and facilitation, and custom software and PCB design services, as described on our website.

02 — Sales

• All product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Products are sold on an as-described basis; please inspect items at the point of sale.
• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of purchase.

03 — Repairs

• An estimate will be provided before repair work begins where possible.
• We are not liable for pre-existing data loss on devices submitted for repair; please back up your data beforehand.
• Devices not collected within a reasonable period may be subject to storage terms communicated at drop-off.

04 — Training and facilitation

• Enrollment is confirmed upon payment of applicable fees, where required.
• Schedules may be adjusted; participants will be notified in advance.
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of program requirements.

05 — Software and PCB design projects

• Project scope, timelines, and costs are agreed with the client before work begins.
• Changes to requirements after commencement may affect timelines and costs.
• Intellectual property arrangements are agreed in writing with each client.

06 — Limitation of liability

We make every reasonable effort to deliver quality products and services but are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.

07 — Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

08 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which GOD'S CHOKHMAH TECHNOLOGY operates.
